We can mix any colour of your need. However, colour availability depends on the material being written on.
The most popular colours are:

Absolutely. We have a few basic requirements for self-supplied cards/materials:
- Has a smooth surface
- Sufficient space for us to write your name(s) or message
- A small number of spare cards, in the event of last-minute name changes or additions
You can post your materials to us, or if you are based in Auckland, you can drop it off at our studio.
Our most common material is paper goods, from notebooks to greeting cards, name cards, and art prints.
We do source a variety of paper goods with different colour choices. Please reach out to us to see what's available.
We offer sizes for calligraphy art print below:
- A2, A3, A4, A5 and Smaller sizes such as greeting cards, and place cards.
- For any custom size, please reach out to us and we will get you a quote.
Our standard processing time is 7 to 14 days, exclusive of shipping time.

For urgent orders, we offer our Priority Service for the next 2 business days of delivery and weekend requests. This is available for an additional surcharge of 30% of the total order value.
Next business day delivery is dependent on the scope of your request. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Individually hand-engraved
I use Brushless Engraving Machine that is extremely user-friendly compared to many other larger engraving equipment. It is hand-held and I can go to events without worrying about its power. The drill will produce a bit of noise and very fine dust during the engraving process, however, it is not extremely loud or obtrusive by any means.
We can engrave on glass or metal surfaces such as mugs, tea cups, wine glasses, champagne glasses, flasks, spirit bottles, perfumes, glass boxes,.. and more.
You can supply the materials and we will do the engraving service for you.
Gold, Rose Gold & Silver or just plain engraving as a more traditional style.
We can source a variety range of glasses such as Stemless wine glasses, flute glasses, beer glasses, shot glasses and more.

Calligraphy/ Hand-lettered Sign Writing
Yes, it is. We use oil-based paint pens or Resene Paint that is permanent.
For mirror calligraphy, it will be removable afterwords.
For window calligraphy, we will only use chalk markers just in case you need to wipe it off after the event.
We offer calligraphy service on a variety of surfaces such as Chalkboard, Window, Mural, Mirrors, Acrylic, Wood or Canvas.
Our most popular surface is Acrylic Signs of different sizes.

We don't source wooden signs or other surfaces.

If you are having an engagement/birthday event where you want Calligraphy on windows or mirrors, we can travel to the site and do Calligraphy on the spot. However, a small additional travel fee will be applied.

The most popular colours available are White, Black, Gold, and Silver.
For a different colour option, please get in touch and will check the supply availability.
- We can supply Acrylic signs in White, Black or Clear colour. For other custom colours, we will paint directly at the back of the sign. Please note that this is all hand-crafted, sometimes the paint at the back won't be as smooth because of the hand-painted background.

RETURN POLICIES
We provide shipping via UPS and they will only accept shipments to a valid street address. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Your shipping request addressed to a P.O. Box will be delayed and will require an address correction before shipment. Additionally, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses are not accepted. Contact our Coffee Experts to learn more or call our Coffee Hotline at 1-2345-6789.
Our centrally located Indiana roastery means orders arrive as quickly as possible, whether heading to the East Coast, West Coast, or somewhere in between. We offer UPS shipping options for Ground, 2-Day or Next Day. Your coffee products will be shipped after it is roasted and packaged (not necessarily the same day you order).
Customers must contact our store within 14 days of the original order date if an order arrives damaged or includes the wrong product(s). We will credit your account with a refund after our warehouse receives your non-perishable drinkware or wearables. If an error was made, if you are not happy with the coffee, or if you received a damaged product, please get in touch with us so we can make it right.
Coffee is a perishable product, so we DO NOT accept any coffee returns (unless a Coffee Expert specifically requests a return in writing). However, if an error was made, you are not happy with the coffee, or you received a damaged product, please contact us so we can make it right. All shipping charges are non-refundable, and the Refund Policy does not extend beyond the 14-day window.
If you just placed your order, have confirmed that the coffee has not shipped, please contact us immediately, and we should be able to refund your order and issue a new one. If your coffee has already shipped or was delivered and either an error was made or you are not happy with the coffee, please call us or submit a request, so we can understand how to make it right.
