01. ON-SITE ENGRAVING
We're all about unique touch that creates a memorable experience for your clients with personalized engraving. We offer In-store or off-site luxury calligraphy services tailored toward Brand Activations.

I use Brushless Engraving Machine that is extremely user-friendly compared to many other larger engraving equipment. It is hand-held and I can go to events without worrying about its power. The drill will produce a bit of noise and very fine dust during the engraving process, however, it is not extremely loud or obtrusive by any means.
We can engrave on glass or metal surfaces such as mugs, tea cups, wine glasses, champagne glasses, flasks, spirit bottles, perfumes, glass boxes,.. and more.
Gold, Rose Gold & Silver or just plain engraving as a more traditional style.
Our hourly rate for an onsite engraving event is $175/ per hour (including 15mins setup time before the event).
Hayley did a magnificent job at our Canon launch event in March – She was extremely easy to work with, gave quick responses and was very approachable. We wanted to bring an element of personalisation to our event and Hayley was able to provide that service. She worked with us in producing ideas and talked us through the different types of engraving, so we had a firm understanding of what was possible. Depending on the surfaces we are working on, we will use supplies that ensure the best quality. Our favourite supplies are Traditional Dip Pen, Fountain Pen, Brush Pen and Markers.
We can do calligraphy on a variety of surfaces such as paper, leather, glass, plastics, wood, metal, fabric, macarons, ceramics, stones... and more.
We do source cardstocks with a variety of colours and thicknesses. Please reach out to us for more details.
Depending on the number of words and the surface we are working on. We can work fairly quickly on paper goods, however, it takes a bit longer if we are working on difficult surfaces such as food, fabrics or leather. We have done 90+ acrylic gift tags in 3 hours.
Absolutely. We do recommend having a few more spare cards for us to test our pens, as well as in the event of last-minute name changes or additions. We do require samples before the event if possible.
Our hourly rate for an onsite calligraphy event is $135/ per hour (including 15 minutes set-up time before the event).

We are happy to dress accordingly to the theme but it must be suitable and comfortable for our service. Please address the dress code in your inquiry and we will discuss about it.

We can source materials depending on the requests and time bounce. We offer a variety of sturdy premium 220 to 350gsm card stock and sizes. Our prices start from $1.00 per card.
Leading up to the day of the event, we will need to know: - Date(s) and time(s) - Venue and specific event location - On-site contact person(s) and details - Dress code, if any On the day of the event, we only require enough space to store our art supplies and space to work on. It can just be a good table and chair as well as a decent lighting space.
We only charge additional fees: - For any supplies that must be purchased. - For materials that we source on behalf of the client. - For travel fees, if you are outside of our service areas. See our service area below. - For courier fees when the client needs to send us something to work on. - For rush fees when the project is being booked or the scope of work is changing at the last minute. - For design fees when the client requires a design in advance.
We are available in Auckland areas: - Auckland Central - Northshore - South Auckland and Eastern Suburbs We can travel if your store is not located in Auckland, however, the travel fee is not included in our hourly rate and might be added.
